Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the lesson will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will be charged 50% of the lesson fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the lesson will be charged the full lesson fee. Lessons may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions at the discretion of the instructor. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule. In the unlikely event that the instructor needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund. Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the lesson will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.
